"Estábamos conociendo Tarragona. A la hora de comer búsqueda en la web y este restaurante con 4.9 sobre 5, así que no lo pensamos y fuimos allí a comer. Se merece las 5 estrellas y más. Un servicio exquisito, una gran simpatía y amabilidad de la camarera. La comida formidable, bien preparada y presentada. Sin duda volveremos para la próxima visita"

"Amazing food and lovely atmosphere! I was visiting from London on holiday, and a friend recommended Resurgir Restaurante—it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The food was fantastic, full of fresh ingredients and rich flavors. I tried Bacalao Muselina , and it was simply delicious! The presentation was beautiful, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every detail. The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, perfect for a relaxed evening with great food. If you’re in town, you can’t miss this place—I’ll definitely be back next time I visit!"

"Zažili jsme zde naprosto perfektní oběd! Když jsme sem přišli na oběd, překvapilo nás, že v restauraci nikdo nebyl, tak doufám, že má recenze pomůže dalším v rozhodování, protože jsme zde dostali naprosto perfektní jídlo a paní z obsluhy byla velice milá a příjemná, navíc jsme jídlo dostali téměř ihned. Měli jsme vynikající gazpacho a salát, který žena označila jako jeden z nejlepších v životě. Maso s papričkami a brambory bylo rovněž vynikající, jak vepřové tak hovězí. V restauraci byla navíc příjemná teplota a hlavně skvělá autentická atmosféra, hlavně když pak přišli další hosté. Není to flash cozy luxusní restaurace ale naopak se zde téměř cítíte být vitaným hostem v příjemném prostředí. Bylo mi líto, že Tarragonou pouze projíždíme, protože bych sem rád zašel několikrát. Pro Čecha vyzdvihnu i ideálně nachlazené a nepresycene pivo! Rozhodně doporučuji a ještě jednou díky za super oběd"

"Este restaurante, Resurgir, ha sido un auténtico descubrimiento en Tarragona. Está situado en la parte alta muy cerca de la emblemática catedral. Se trata de un pequeño local acogedor y con mucho encanto donde el servicio y la atención fueron impecables. Cuidan mucho los detalles y eso no pasa desapercibido. Éramos tres personas y probamos las croquetas: de boletus con trufa y de rabo de toro. Ensalada de rulo de queso de cabra caramelizado con vinagre de frutos rojos y un entrecot por persona. La carne estaba en el punto exacto que cada uno había pedido. Todo estaba espectacular y se notaba el mimo y el buen hacer del cocinero. Recomiendo también la jarra de mojito y los postres caseros (en nuestro caso tarta de queso). El precio me parece económico teniendo en cuenta la calidad, el sabor y la presentación del producto. Un lugar de referencia para volver, repetir y recomendar!!"

"We found this restaurant by chance and it has been the best experience so far in Tarragona. My husband had the angus burger with goat cheese and I had the salmon, both cooked to perfection. For dessert we tried the French toast and it tasted amazing with a crème brûlée crust, whipped cream and ice cream on the side. The owners are the most lovely couple who put their heart and soul into making the food and the experience impeccable. Don’t even think twice—just go! We definitely will be back."
